Liu Ma Kee, founded in 1905, is a speciality shop for preserved bean curd. Made in Hong Kong, Liu Ma Kee have retained the traditional skills and methods in the heart of Jordan. No artificial preservatives are used in the production of their bean curd or their sauces, preferring instead to use the natural fermented method for their tasty sauce.
